How the Week Works
Day 1
Mon, 31 Aug
Set up and kick off
Get your demo site and Rovo CLI ready, and join a 45-minute kick-off.
Day 2
Tue, Sept 1
Explore the tracks
Attend the deep-dive sessions for your chosen track, or join all three. Plan for 1–3 hours, each track session will be 60 mins.
Day 3 & 4
Wed, Sept 2 & Thu, Sept 3
Build
Dedicated build days. Work with your team to build and refine your AI solution (full-day recommended).
Day 5
Fri, Sept 4
Submit Your Demo
Record a Loom walkthrough and submit your solution by EOD. Use the morning to keep building if you need it.

What You’ll Build
A qualifying solution should be:
A repeatable, customer-ready AI workflow
Built with Atlassian AI capabilities such as Rovo, Forge, Automation, or Teamwork Graph
Connected to a real customer problem
Demonstrated through a Loom demo
Out of scope: migration tooling and non-AI workflow solutions.
